REDinvent addresses one of the most important pains affecting the manufacturing industry, viz., reduced productivity due to fatiguing tasks like lifting loads, tightening and hammering. These tasks often result in overexertion and repetitive stress. This would further result in medical expenses, workers compensation premiums and more. We address this pain through our human assist solutions. At present we offer two such solutions namely REDiTorq and REDiPik.

    What is the pain?

  • Tightening nuts on piping in assembly lines.
  • This activity is done manually and is fatiguing resulting in muscular injuries.
  • The manual operation results in lower productivity.
    • We attempt to solve this pain through an innovative, patent pending torque tool, REDiTorQ that can do the tightening automatically. Torque values can be digitally set and the nut gets tightened till the set value and releases the torque automatically.

REDiPik is an industrial manipulator that assists the human operator in lifting and moving loads easier and faster. REDiPik is not a robot. The part movement and orientation is done by the operator and can easily move the part around by holding on to the arm. REDiPik is useful in areas where loads need to be moved faster and easily positioned as in assembly stations.

    What is the pain?
